Beauty Voucher Terms and Conditions
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. All claims must be received before 31st December 2010.
2. No more than one voucher per person can be redeemed in the twelve month period.
3. Appointments during busy periods for example Christmas may be subject to additional restrictions and therefore lead to increased waiting times.
4. Entrants must be over 18 years of age and UK residents.
5. There is no cash alternative.
6. Once allocated to a salon or studio the appointment must be taken up within three months.
7. All entries must be on an original form. No photocopies accepted. Incorrectly completed photocopies, damaged or defaced forms will not be accepted. Entrants will be contacted within up to 28 days of receipt of details by telephone.
8. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
9. A journey time of up to 45 minutes in the UK may be necessary to the nearest salon.
10. All salons trade under their own name and are independent companies.
11. Although we have a large quantity of salon members throughout the UK we are unable to guarantee availability for each region. However, consumer details will be kept on record and they will be contacted by telephone if and when a salon is recruited within the promotion period. Every month consumers will be telephoned to ensure they still want to be on the notification list or whether they want to swap in to another offer that is in their area. Please note occasionally salons/studios may not be able to take part in the offer if unforeseen staff shortages are experienced. AIM and its promotional partners are not responsible for any services provided in its members' salons.
12. The offer is subject to availability and the promoter reserves the right to substitute this offer for alternative of equal or greater value.
13. The promotion cannot be resold. No in-salon or studio purchase is necessary.
14. The offer may not be exchanged or transferred.
15. Some salons and all studios may require a fully refundable booking deposit.
ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
FREE HAIRCUT & FINISH:
1. Offer includes a free cut and finish (blow dry) only. Additional services taken up will be charged at normal rate by the salon.
2. The salon has the right to choose the level of technician who will carry out the service as well as the day of the week that you can take up the offer. All technicians will be suitably qualified. Some salons do not offer afro services.
FREE MINI BEAUTY TREATMENT:
1. The offer is a free mini beauty treatment that lasts up to a maximum of 20 minutes.
2. Treatment choices include waxing, tanning, facial, massage, manicure, pedicure. Treatment choices will be allocated on availability. Any additional services taken up will be charged at the salon's normal rate. 3. The salon has the right to choose the level of therapist who will carry out the service as well as the day of the week that you can take up the offer. All therapists will be suitably qualified.
FREE FASHION EXPERIENCE:
1. Offer includes a free consultation, make-up, hair style and photo shoot. Photographs are not included but are available in a variety of sizes and formats to purchase after the shoot (optional).
2. Entrants must be over 18 or accompanied by a parent or guardian.
3. A fully refundable deposit of £30 (E40 for ROI) is taken; this will be reimbursed in full after your session. Deposits will be not be refunded if you do not arrive for your appointment, unless you cancel or rearrange within 48 hours of the booking.
