I'm very pleased with my new red Chameleon Personal Organiser! I ordered from your site and it arrived very soon - 2 days later! It was perfectly packaged! I was impressed! :) The leather is excellent and smooth! There is only a small problem => The credit/business card holder insert is missing! I hope that your customer services will send it me soon!!! I recomment it without second thought!!!

pretty colour and good quality, but i can't find transparent flyleaf and business card holder in my chameleon, anyway a little disappointed...

Great fiolfax but A5 is definitely too big

Lovely filofax but I purchased it in A5 and it's too big, I'm hoping for Red or Rasberry to come back into stock in 'personal' size as it's so nice, but A5 is way too big for my satchel!

I bought the Chameleon in aqua from my local Ryman because it wasn't sold on the website, I wanted something a little more subtle but not plane black, and it's absolutely gorgeous! The quality of the leather is amazing and it smells beautiful! I've had so much fun already personalising it with filo and homemade inserts and it's become my new favourite item. It was my first filo and already I'm wanting to collect more of them :)

Great customer service. Excellent product. What more do you want?

Got it in red which was true to the picture, the leather feels/looks/smells excellent and you can tell that although a little stiff at first it will become more supple over time. The latch is strong. There is a perfect amount of pockets/compartments and they keep your cards snug - they don't fall out. It is incorrectly advertised on the website as having "A-Z index, cream, 2 letters per tab" and "4 tab cream index" but they are coloured. So just bear that in mind - I, for one, don't care about this, but I think some people might! When I ordered the Filofax the website said it was in stock, but then I received an email saying that it was actually out of stock and they gave me the option to wait for it to come back into stock, or for a refund which I thought was excellent. Once back in stock it arrived promptly. The Personal size is the best in my opinion - perfect for handbags! Also the pen loop has a stretchy bit so it can fit chunky pens as well as slender ones. I'm happy with my purchase! Worth the money. Thanks Filofax!
